	PAID TIME OFF (PTO) Your personal time  is earned each month based upon the average hours worked the previous month.
	IRA Simple Retirement Plan Deducted and deposited directly into your account.
	PAYROLL & DIRECT DEPOSIT Payroll is bi-weekly and paid every other Friday; deposited directly into your account.
	CONTINUING HR EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT Upon eligibility and approval, Human Resource Staffing, will reimburse 50% of the cost paid to coursework attended and completed in the pursuit of PHR certification, CEBS certification or CCP certification at the rate of one class per quarter.
	OVERTIME PAY You receive time and a half pay for every hour worked beyond 40 hours in any given week.
	EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH PROGRAM Our Employee-of-the-Month program is a recognition program for excellence. The only requirement for our program is the nominee must be a current employee of Human Resource Staffing.
