Don
Schmitz is the president and owner of Human Resource Staffing. Human
Resource Staffing specializes in placement of Human Resource professionals
on direct, consulting and contract assignments with leading businesses
throughout Minnesota.
Don has more than 20 years of experience in staffing and human resources.
Don began his career as a teacher in Cottage Grove, MN.
He is a published author, and publisher of "Got HR", a newsletter
for HR Professionals. He holds three advanced degrees in Education,
Educational Administration and Human Development.
Don serves on the board for HRP as the co-chair of professional development
and an active member of HRP, TCHRA, MHRPS, ASTD-TCC, TCCN & MNTRN.
He is a active in the community, serving on several boards and recipient
of numerous awards including, Citizen of the Year, Parent of the Year
and Teacher of the Year.
Dorothy
Michels,
Administrative Specialist
Dorothy
has been working with Human Resource Staffing since 2005. She assists
our company with all aspects of accounting, bookkeeping and administrative
work.
Working with
Human Resource Staffing brings out her two passions; assisting companies
with their staffing needs and finding the dollars to make it happen.
Dorothy
has an uncanny skill of making numbers come together. She is open, friendly
and has a strong Bookkeeping and Accounting network in the Twin Cities.
Dorothy's interests include; spending time with her children and grandchildren,
getting out on the water and travel.
Irene Kelly,
Advisory Board
Irene,
BS in Education, has a diverse background in business ownership, management
and sales.
Irene's prior experience includes Executive Director for an Eden Prairie
non-profit. She is the founder of Prisma, LLC, a coaching and consulting
company.

Krejci, Advisory
Board
Sheila
Krejci, M. Ed HRD , U of MN is founder of Shiela K. Training and specializes
in consulting
services to individuals, teams and organizations.
Sheila K. has spent over ten years helping clients develop their people
in customer service, sales, management and marketing. She built her
experience in the food service and printing industries.
Sheila serves as an adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota,
University of St.Thomas, Normandale Community College and other MNSCU
facilities, and Dakota County Business and Entrepreneur Institute.
Phil
Schechter, Advisory Board
Phil
is the former director and founder of the MBA in Human Resource Management
Program at the University of St. Thomas and taught in the Center for
Health and Medical Affairs.
Phil assists Human Resource Staffing as a member of our Advisory Board
founder of Schechter and Associates.
Jim
Berg, Advisory Board
Jim Berg brings more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience
to Human Resource Staffing. He currently works for Thrivent for Lutherans
as a sales manager.
He has held many titles including; sales manager, sales consultant,
sales representative, marketing manager and sales training manager.
Jim has been an adjunct college instructor at numerous colleges here
in the metro area. He previously worked with Ameriprise and Wells Fargo.
